You retain full ownership of your content. However, by sharing content within the app, you grant us a limited license to display, distribute, and sync it to support app functionality.

You may invite others to view or collaborate on collections. Access is governed by your selected permissions. Be mindful of what you share with others.

5. Reporting and Moderation

To protect our users and maintain a respectful environment:

• You may report content or users that violate our policies.
• We may investigate and take appropriate actions, including warning, restricting, or banning users.
• False or abusive reports may result in penalties.

6. Blocking and User Controls

To give you control over your experience:

• You may block users whose content or behavior you find inappropriate.
• Blocked users will no longer be able to interact with you or see your shared content.
• Blocking does not remove their existing content from the platform.

7. Data Storage and Sync

Your data is stored both locally on your device and on our secure servers to support backup and multi-device sync. Offline edits will sync automatically when you're back online.

8. Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account and its data at any time through the settings menu.

9. Intellectual Property

All app assets including design, logo, and source code are our property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or modify the app without written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms or applicable laws. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
